Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin in Green Bay, WI is seeking a finance leader to drive forecasting of system revenues and expenses and to act as a key financial partner across service lines.

You will present financial plans to system leadership, guide year-end work, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 5 years healthcare or 7 years non-healthcare experience; hybrid schedule and WI/MI residency.

  • Performs numerous special projects as requested by health system leadership.
  • Completes financial analysis for leaders to aid in management and business decisions.

Leads system forecasting process and is a key contributor to annual and long-range financial planning of health system revenues and expenses. Assists numerous service lines as a dedicated financial and business partner. Demonstrates expert knowledge as a system financial resource.

  • Educates operational leaders on financial matters
  • Actively participates and/or facilitates full-time equivalency (FTE) committee
  • Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role
  • Provides culturally appropriate care/service
  • Maintains regular scheduled hours
  • Duties as defined by specific department (if applicable
  • Attends regularly-scheduled and assigned shifts
