Emplify Health by Bellin in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Application Analyst to join the AI Automation team. You will help evaluate, implement, optimize, and support AI-enabled applications and automation solutions to improve workflows and patient care.

The role reports to the VP of Enterprise Analytics & Data Science and offers a 1.0 FTE schedule with weekday hours. Candidates should have healthcare IT experience, Epic knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education required.
• 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred
• Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI, or other AI-powered technologies is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate or similar tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Assist with the evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new AI tools and technologies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing application support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

In this role, you will help evaluate, implement, optimize, and support innovative artificial intelligence and automation solutions that improve workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support exceptional patient care.

Job Specifics:

Location:1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education required.

Experience:

• 2 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
• Prior experience working with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred.
• Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI solutions, or other AI-powered technologies is highly desired.
