Emplify Health supports Epic patient access applications to optimize Scheduling, Eligibility, Registration, and related workflows across our clinical and operational teams.

We seek an Analyst Associate who can troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and clinical staff to improve system efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience and education
• Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access workflows, or Epic applications preferred
• Experience with Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) preferred
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, is a plus
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required
• Strong analytical and problem solving experience
• Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Application Analyst Associate - SER (Scheduling, Eligibility & Registration) to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to maintain and optimize scheduling, registration, eligibility, and patient access solutions that enhance both the patient and caregiver experience.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
• Experience: Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access workflows, or Epic applications preferred.
• Experience with Epic applications such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) is preferred.

What’s Available

Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

Monday-Friday core business hours

Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.

Starting salary of $65,000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
