Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in application support, business systems, IT support, business analysis, or related area.
• Associates or bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Exposure to enterprise applications, SQL, reporting tools, or software implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of new business applications from planning through go-live.
• Assist with system setup, testing, data validation, user training, and post-launch support.
• Provide daily support for business applications by troubleshooting user issues and handling help desk tickets.
• Create and maintain user accounts, system configurations, and application upgrades.
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and improve processes.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
• Onboard newly acquired companies onto standard technology platforms.
• Contribute to IT projects and seek ways to improve system performance and user experience.
