Job summary

Engtal is seeking a technology-driven Business Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization.

You will administer and optimize internal systems, build dashboards and automations, provide hands-on IT support, and work with vendors to ensure reliable performance. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 is preferred, and familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business systems, IT support, or related field.
• Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred.
