Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience; or 3 years external sales if education not met.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product benefits.
• Be the point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, manage estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Dept, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock.
• Perform price reviews per policy and maintain pricing/docs.
• Support checkout functions and department communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and aid development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
