Job summary

You’ll work in a dynamic store environment, rotating through departments like Appliances, Flooring, or Live Nursery, depending on needs. The role emphasizes proactive customer service, problem solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external experience if education not met)
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals/metrics
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods; lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; provide estimates, schedule visits, process orders and follow up for project completion
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales; coordinate with vendors to restock
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs
