Knoxville Utilities Board is seeking a dedicated Appliance Services Coordinator to help customers install natural gas and other appliances in their homes, improving daily life in our region.
In this role, you will be the go-to liaison for homeowners, coordinating projects from start to finish, communicating daily with customers, and ensuring a smooth project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll serve as the go-to liaison for homeowners who are looking to install or replace natural gas appliances such as water heaters, logs and grills. You'll communicate with customers daily to understand their appliance needs and coordinate appliance projects from start to finish. Requires the ability to operate and to get in and out of a vehicle many times a day. Requires the ability to move freely throughout the office to review maps, drawings, and design layouts while meeting with internal and external customers. Requires the ability to move freely about customers’ properties over all types of terrain. Requires the ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints while addressing numerous customer issues related to providing new utility service. Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
