Dick Van Dyke Inc. is seeking Service Technicians. The role begins with an all-inclusive, hands-on 4-month training program covering basic operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies and inventory, and calling manufacturers for technical assistance. During training, candidates will earn $18 to $19 per hour based on their mechanical skillset. They will also receive a company-issued Silverado truck by the second month, a stocked inventory with fast-moving replacement parts, a cell phone, and a laptop to support paperless documentation.

After successful training, the technician will transition to a salary of $40,000 annually plus 8% commission on all repair work. Additionally, Dick Van Dyke Inc. awards technicians with a $500 monthly performance bonus.

Minimum Requirements for Appliance Service Technicians:

• 3-5 years leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical/mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proven work ethic
• Provide 2 professional references
