Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist to assist customers, understand project needs, and close sales with product knowledge across departments. You’ll balance hands-on customer service with order processing, scheduling installer visits, and helping customers choose financing options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe’s experience or equivalent external sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic and to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Able to obtain sales-related licensure if required by state; Lowe's will support funding.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule visits, and track orders.
• In Pro role, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores/vendors to restock merchandise.
• Assist with price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and on-floor training for associates.
