Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by state (Lowe’s supports this).

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and promoting Lowe’s products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department pages and requests for assistance.
• Train associates in the department and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
