Our Use and Care Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves visiting customers in their homes to provide hands‑on demonstrations of their new appliances, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable using and maintaining their products.

In addition to in‑home support, this individual will assist with live demonstrations and events in our showroom, helping to showcase product features and create an engaging, informative experience for customers.
