LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Appliance Repair) to service our products in the Albuquerque, NM area. The role requires diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, with travel to customer homes and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a technical role (appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations to service LG equipment and ensure top product performance.
• Use PPE and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Diagnose problems, decide on repairs or part replacements, and document findings.
• Process paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with necessary info to diagnose remotely.
• Meet/exceed company metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
