Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Installation Associates to install and service residential and commercial appliances. You will learn custom installations, perform safe handling of gas and electric units, and ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle and install gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are damage-free and fully functional per manufacturer specs.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend paid installation training seminars and stay updated on product changes.
• Support driver duties as required.
