Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. You will interact with builders, designers, and on-site customers, ensuring damage-free, fully functioning installations and adherence to manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations.
• Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, installed per manufacturer specs and fully functioning.
• Interact expertly with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications.
