Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Appliance Delivery and Installation Supervisor to oversee installation teams and ensure quality work. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, or until the route is completed, with a focus on safe practices and customer satisfaction.

The position requires high-end appliance installation experience, a valid state license, and a DOT medical card. Strong leadership, mechanical skills, and the ability to manage deadlines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior high-end appliance installation experience required.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as a Field Supervisor preferred.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Strong mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to drive with a valid license.
• Excellent customer service, time management, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on installation work.
• Record and report faults, deficiencies, and time/materials on work orders.
• Manage installation issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems for compliance and locate malfunctions.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and parts.
• Be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities.
