Job summary

Ferguson Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. The role offers a family-friendly environment with great work/life balance, competitive benefits, and paid training.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30am–2:30pm, with overtime as needed; pay range reflects hourly wages with bonus eligibility. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available within Ferguson Enterprises, LLC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of appliance delivery/installation experience required.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing connections related to appliance installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) accurately.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, follow manufacturer specs, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training and certifications to stay updated on product changes.
• Support driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
