Job summary

Ferguson is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. You will interact with builders, designers and customers to ensure high-quality, on-time installations.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $23/hour and may increase with experience; Ferguson offers comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service preferred.
• Valid state issued license required.
• DOT Medical Card required or ability to obtain.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistive equipment.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, correctly installed per specifications and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and customers on-site.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Support driver duties and responsibilities.
