Ferguson is seeking an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to install and remove a wide variety of appliances in residential and commercial settings. The role offers a family-friendly environment with a good work/life balance, paid training, and multiple career paths.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm or until route completion, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Competenze

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment, the ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Document detailed job notes in a clear and concise way.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations with training provided.
• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free and fully functioning per manufacturer specifications.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date with product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
