Ferguson is seeking Installation Associates to install and remove a variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. The role offers a family-friendly culture, a strong work/life balance, full company-paid training, and clear career paths.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until route completion. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Competenze

• Prior experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 90+ pound objects with lifting equipment when needed.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

Mansioni

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Safely handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functional per manufacturer specs.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications for product changes.
• Support driver duties and responsibilities as required.
