Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a range of appliances in commercial and residential settings. The role offers a family-friendly environment, work/life balance, and company-paid training, with paths for growth.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $19.34 to $29.00 hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO and more. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Provides basic appliance delivery and installation duties with safety focus.
• Excellent customer service skills required during on-site work.
• Must lift heavy objects (70+ lbs) with equipment as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training.
• Handle and install gas and electric appliances per manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functional.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and customers on-site.
• Attend paid installation training and certifications to stay updated.
