Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We offer a family-friendly culture, great work/life balance, full company-paid training, and multiple career paths.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm with overtime as needed. Pay starts at $24/hour and may be higher based on experience. The role involves basic appliance installation, customer interaction, and loading/unloading

Qualifications

• 1+ years appliance delivery/installation experience preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance delivery/installation; training provided.
• Handle basic gas/electric household appliances safely and accurately.
• Ensure appliances are installed per manufacturer specs and are fully functional.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and customers.
• Attend paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties as needed.
