Job summary

Ferguson Installation Associates install and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We offer family-friendly schedules, great benefits, and paid training with multiple career paths.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with overtime as needed. Pay starts around $20/hour and may increase with experience. We provide medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Appliance Delivery & Installation experience preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• With lifting equipment, able to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation; training provided.
• Install gas and electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, correctly installed and functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
