Village Home Stores is seeking an Appliance Delivery & Installation Associate to deliver and install appliances in customers’ homes, upholding a professional and detail‑oriented standard. You will represent Village Home Stores with care and take pride in our craftsmanship from showroom to installation.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active on the move, and delivering the right solution the right way.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift and move heavy appliances with team support.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work in homes and job sites in varied conditions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Mechanical aptitude or installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver appliances to customer homes and job sites.
Install appliances according to manufacturer specs and company standards.
Protect products, homes, and job sites during delivery and installation.
Communicate clearly with customers during delivery and installation.
Review delivery paperwork and confirm accuracy of orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on deliveries and schedules.
Troubleshoot basic installation issues and advise next steps.
Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition.
Provide a professional and respectful experience in every home.
Assist with warehouse tasks and loading/unloading as needed.
