Job summary

Appliances & More LLC is hiring a Delivery & Installation Team Member to join our local service team serving Baker City and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on safe delivery, precise appliance hookup, and professional in-home service.

You’ll work with a small, dependable team to move appliances, furniture, and other large items, while protecting homes and ensuring customer satisfaction. On-the-job training is provided and growth within a locally owned business is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy items safely with equipment and team help.
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Comfortable working in all home environments, tight spaces, and weather conditions.
• Good customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Properly hook up appliances using cords, water lines, drain hoses, and basic connections.
• Deliver furniture, mattresses, hot tub, and other large home items.
• Safely load, unload, and move merchandise with proper equipment.
• Protect customers’ homes during deliveries (floors, doorways, walls, stairs).
• Remove and haul away old appliances or furniture when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes.
• Work as part of a team to complete deliveries efficiently.
• Help organize the warehouse and prep items for delivery.
• Assist with moving freight and keeping work areas organized.
