You will represent Village Home Stores with care and take pride in our craftsmanship from showroom to installation.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active on the move, and delivering the right solution the right way.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy appliances with team support.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in homes and job sites in varied conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver appliances to customer homes and job sites.
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Protect products, homes, and job sites during delivery and installation.
• Communicate clearly with customers during delivery and installation.
• Review delivery paperwork and confirm accuracy of orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on deliveries and schedules.
• Troubleshoot basic installation issues and advise next steps.
• Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition.
• Provide a professional and respectful experience in every home.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and loading/unloading as needed.

As an Appliance Delivery & Installation Associate, you are a key part of the customer experience. You’ll deliver and install appliances in customers’ homes while representing Village Home Stores with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
