Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver and install kitchen and laundry appliances using a company vehicle. You will load and transport appliances, perform basic connections, and provide courteous customer service during delivery and setup.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR are required; the role may involve lifting heavy loads and occasional overnight travel, with strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Delivery and installation experience preferred.
• 1+ years operating material handling equipment.
• Experience operating a box truck.
• No more than 2 moving violations or 2 minor accidents in past 3 years.
• Wholesale distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service during delivery and installation.
• Loads, transports, and delivers appliances to customer locations.
• Installs appliances, ensuring compliance with guidelines and safety standards.
• Performs basic connections such as water and electrical during installation.
• Removes old appliances and disposes of packaging materials as needed.
• Troubleshoots basic installation issues and escalates when necessary.
• Follows planned routes for timely deliveries and maintains safety protocols.
