Job summary

FUSTIS LLC seeks an experienced BPM/Appian Expert to lead end-to-end design and implementation of BPM solutions. You will collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into scalable workflows and drive automation across enterprise platforms.

The role requires strong Appian and Java/J2EE background, plus hands-on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes experience. You will champion UI/UX, DevOps, and governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and BPM platforms.
• Strong Appian expertise (process modeling, SAIL, integrations).
• Proven enterprise BPM/workflows, case management, and automation experience.
• REST API integrations and microservices understanding.
• CI/CD with Git, Jenkins, Maven; cloud experience (AWS).
• UI/UX design and workflow architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and BPM platforms
• Strong expertise in Appian (process modeling, SAIL, integrations, and Appian objects)
• Proven experience designing enterprise BPM workflows, case management, and automation solutions
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API integrations
• Experience integrating with databases and enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools (AWS Kiro, Amazon Q, Microsoft Copilot)
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, automation, and business rule implementation
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong UI/UX design and workflow architecture experience, including usability and responsive design
• Experience with testing frameworks and automation strategies
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and scalable system architecture
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering BPM solutions in financial services or other regulated industries
• Appian certification (Level 2 or Lead Developer)
• Experience with cloud-native BPM deployments and AWS architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven workflow automation and intelligent process automation
• Experience defining enterprise UI standards and design systems
