Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian BPM applications.
• Build process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, and workflows.
• Develop integrations with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Implement AI Agents and intelligent document processing within Appian workflows.
• Leverage Appian Data Fabric, Appian Composer, and Process HQ for automation and modernization.
• Integrate Appian with external AI platforms using MCP and other supported integrations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, auditability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical documentation.

• Knowledge of Appian mobile development and performance tuning.

Soft Skills:
