Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams and develop/testing strategies specific to Appian applications. The role involves performing QA testing across multiple projects, creating test scripts, and recording results, while collaborating with leads and developers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field, 3+ years of QA testing experience, and strong detail orientation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
