Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications. The role focuses on QA testing across several projects and requires collaboration with project leads and developers to resolve issues.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT, 3+ years of QA experience on software apps, and comfort working in an Agile environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyze bugs to identify trends
• Write user stories
