Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our Appian-focused team in the United States. You will partner with project teams to develop testing strategies and ensure quality across multiple initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of QA testing experience, strong detail orientation, and experience in an Agile environment. U.S. citizenship is required, and travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with multi-project experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create test documentation and scripts and record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
