Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications. The role involves partnering with Appian project teams to ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of QA testing experience, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience in an agile environment. Domestic travel may be required, and the position is based in Wisconsin with Groundswell benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software apps (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Experience in agile environments and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
