Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications across multiple projects. You will partner with Appian project teams to ensure quality and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years of QA testing experience in an agile environment, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
3+ years of QA testing experience on software apps (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
Experience working in an agile environment.
U.S. citizen per contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
Create documentation and test scripts, recording results.
Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Analyze bugs to identify trends.
Write user stories.
