Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team and partner with Appian project teams to craft testing strategies and implement QA testing across multiple projects. You will create test scripts, document results, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA testing, is detail-oriented, familiar with agile environments, and able to travel as required. This role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
Detail oriented with experience on several projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an agile environment.
U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
Create documentation and test scripts and record results.
Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
Analyze bugs to identify trends.
Write user stories.
