Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant for a growing wholesale apparel company based in Los Angeles. This role supports the sales team and helps manage day-to-day business with wholesale accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will handle order entry, client communications, and prepare sales materials while coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Production, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in wholesale apparel, fashion, or a related industry.
• Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the wholesale apparel business.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with wholesale order management, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily account management and administrative needs.
• Enter and maintain wholesale customer orders, including new orders, reorders, cancellations, and updates.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with order tracking and follow up with internal teams on production and shipping status.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and product information in internal systems.
• Prepare sales reports, order summaries, line sheets, and other sales materials.
• Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers with customer requests and account follow-up.
• Coordinate samples and product requests for customers and sales representatives.
• Support seasonal market appointments, showroom activities, and sales presentations as needed.
• Help prepare for trade shows, market appointments, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, Production, Product Development, and Accounting.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
