Job summary

Golden Touch is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the sales manager by managing order execution, maintaining accurate product and order data, and coordinating communication across internal departments and external partners.

You will help ensure that purchase orders, samples, and production timelines are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to-day sales operations and client needs. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day work-from-home in New York.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in wholesale apparel, merchandising, sales support, or production coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Experience working with ERP or PLM systems such as AS400 or OneWorldSync preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and updates to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with planning, production and merchandising teams to confirm order details.
• Enter and revise orders including cost, delivery dates, quantities, account details, and PO splits.
• Send purchase orders to Order Entry and follow up to ensure accurate processing.
• Review orders reports to confirm accuracy and completeness.
