Job summary

24 Seven in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Temp-to-Hire Product Development Manager to lead apparel development from development to pre-production. You will partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Production, Compliance, and vendors to ensure products meet design intent, margins, and timelines, in a fast-paced weekly-drop model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel Product Development experience.
• Proven people-management experience with at least 1–2 direct reports.
• Leadership experience; not an individual contributor.
• Strong knowledge of apparel development and production processes.
• Experience owning end-to-end product development independently.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with non-seasonal/weekly-drop models is a plus.
• Ability to turn metrics into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Development team.
• Own the product development process from development through pre-production.
• Manage the team against the development calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive KPIs and OKRs such as lead-time, margin, and allocation targets.
• Maintain execution discipline to improve speed and accuracy.
• Identify risks and provide clear solutions early.
• Oversee vendor communication and sample development.
• Ensure development data is complete and reliable for partners.
