Responsibilities include prioritizing work, balancing workloads for 5–10 operators, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime as needed.

The Apparel Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the garment machine operators and trimmers. This position is also responsible for ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

SCHEDULE

-7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7am – noon) as required.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee 5 – 10 Trimmers.
• Prioritize & distribute work for team members.
• Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Manufacturing experience.

• Ability to climb, bend, reach, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
