Our Softlines department outfits a wide variety of customers, from parents shopping for back-to-school to premier athletes. The Softlines Sales Team Lead drives projects and initiatives for the apparel and footwear teams, impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and aligning with Academy’s Purpose.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Work Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience required.
Additional Requirements: Ability to support people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, including qualifying for and maintaining an FOID card (Illinois only).
