Your position as 2nd Shift Embroidery Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of the embroidery department during the second shift. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing workflow, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities/Duties Include:

• Supervising embroidery operators during the 2nd shift.
• Monitoring schedules and adjusting workflow to meet targets.
• Ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Resolving production or personnel issues promptly.
• Maintaining records and shift reports.
• Collaborating with other departments for smooth operations.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Looking For Candidates With:

• 1-3 years of related experience or 1 year of in-house training as a Lead Operator.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am. Longer hours, evenings, and weekends may be required.
