YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always meets sales goals, maintains merchandising standards, and delivers operational excellence. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities
  • Driving sales: As a Leader on Duty, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends to make strategic decisions, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
  • People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team, hold them accountable to customer service standards, and serve as a role model.
  • Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure excellent service and store performance.
  • Team building and engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate successes to motivate your team.
  • Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready and compliant with brand standards.
  • Integrity: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
