As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. You excel in training and coaching your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards daily. Your leadership ensures flawless floorset execution, strong merchandising, and marketing standards. You keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment and embody our company values by bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Job Description

YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's key support in developing and executing the store's Merchandising strategy. You are passionate about training and coaching your team into great merchants who uphold AEO brand Visual standards daily. Your leadership guarantees floorset success and adherence to merchandising and marketing standards. You ensure the store remains "guest ready" through effective replenishment, representing our values and authenticity every day.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Driving sales: As a Leader on Duty, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, foster guest loyalty, analyze reports, and support strategic planning to meet KPIs.
  2. Merchandising innovation: You coach your team in maintaining visual standards, manage day-to-day merchandising, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. People leadership: Motivating and inspiring your team, setting accountability, and upholding customer service standards.
  4. Talent development: Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure outstanding service.
  5. Team building: Providing ongoing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and celebrating successes to boost engagement.
  6. Operational excellence: Executing daily procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring guest-ready fitting rooms.
  7. Integrity: Upholding store safety, asset protection, and adherence to policies and procedures.
