Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reporting, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to meet brand standards, manage merchandising, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
• Talent development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Teamwork and engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate successes.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adhere to policies and procedures.
