Job summary

You will coach teammates, participate in interviews, and help maintain merchandising, safety, and loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Lead store department and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with training and onboarding new teammates.
• Help plan daily operations and 30-day game plans with store leadership.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across the floor.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies.
