DICK’S Sporting Goods in Thornton, CO is seeking a Lead to directly influence brand execution and teammate experience. Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will be the in-store expert for your department, delivering outstanding service and directing teammates.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

• Lead the in-store expert for their business/department and deliver the best service to customers.
• Provide direction to teammates and assist with interviewing and onboarding new teammates.
• Plan 30 days out with the Assistant Store Manager, align workforce to execute daily tasks and store events.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and ensure floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory are maintained.
• Coach and develop teammates, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
