Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Boston is seeking a Lead to drive brand standards and the teammate experience in-store. You will oversee daily operations, coach teammates and ensure customers receive top-notch service.

Under guidance of ASM and Store Manager, you will hire, train, coach, and align workforce to execute plans, maintain merchandising, and uphold safety and loss-prevention policies while building an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekend and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Work extended periods standing or walking; ability to access heights with tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver brand standards and a top-tier teammate experience.
• Assist with building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
• Plan daily work with ASM guidance; align workforce to execute game plans and store events.
• Coach teammates, train on procedures, and reinforce loss prevention and safety policies.
• Maintain merchandising standards and foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
