Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train teammates, including onboarding and cross-training.
• Build a people-first culture and engage with teammates daily.
• Plan 30 days out with guidance and align on workforce for events and tasks.
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising, and floor sets.
• Support store leadership with supervision and policy adherence.
• Coach others and demonstrate the Why behind tasks and plans.
• Foster an inclusive, safe store environment for teammates and customers.
