• Maintains athlete-first approach while ensuring products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty, warranty, and private label programs.
• Creates a welcoming store environment where teammates and athletes are respected.
