Qualifications

• Comfort with using a handheld inventory computer/scanner and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage customers to determine needs and promote products and Scheels Visa.
• Hit sales goals and follow Scheels' selling standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stocking and train new associates.
• Operate a computer and handheld scanner using AS400, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
